After graduating from the Faculty of Business Administration of Istanbul University, he completed his master's degree in Marketing at the Social Sciences Institute of the same university. Additionally, he completed Management Information Systems training at Boğaziçi University. After starting his professional career in the field of marketing, Özcan Beceren held senior management positions in the fields of sales and marketing, including Sales, Marketing Manager, Internet Branch and Alternative Distribution Channels Manager, Domestic Sales and Marketing Coordination Department Manager in respected companies in the finance sector. Özcan Beceren continues his career as Assistant General Manager at Yatırım Finansman.

Phil Sham serves as Chief Executive Officer of Aquanow where he manages the company vision and strategy and drives profitability and innovation in digital asset infrastructure and institutional crypto. His prior experience includes serving as Principal – Quantitative Equities at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, an investment management firm with over 50 billion dollars in assets under management, where he was responsible for electronic trading in global equity markets. He also built and managed numerous trading solutions including algorithmic trading and ultra-low latency market access products at one of the top-tier banks in Canada. The trading solutions and platforms service more than 20% of Canadian equities volume. Phil received his Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Cornell University, his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queen’s University.

Kerim was awarded a Half-Blue in Water Polo at Oxford University, swam competitively at school both in the UK and USA, and was junior athletics Victor Ludorum.

Yılmaz Arısoy began his career as a financial analyst at Koç Holding Finance Group in 1997. He later had investment banking experience in New York at Lehman Brothers, and at UBS Investment Bank. He had managerial duties in consumer finance at Capital One Bank in Virginia, USA. He returned to Turkey in 2006 to work at Yapı Kredi Bank, as the Head of MIS and Business Planning. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at UniCredit Bank Slovenia within the Central Eastern Europe Division of UniCredit Group in 2010.
Mr. Arısoy joined Yapı Kredi Yatırım in 2014 and worked as a Deputy General Manager. He was appointed as the CEO and the member of the Board of Directors at Yapı Kredi Yatırım in January 2019.
He also has the role as the member of the Board of Directors at Turkish Capital Markets Association.
