Nureddin Nebati was born in 1964 in Viranşehir, Şanlıurfa.

Mr. Nebati received his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Istanbul University. He received his Master’s Degree in International Relations from Istanbul University. He completed his Ph.D. Degree in Political Science and Public Administration at Kocaeli University.

He served as a Board Member of the Istanbul Provincial Directorate and the Chairman of the Organization at the Justice and Development Party (AK Party). He was elected as a member of the Central Decision Making and Administrative Committee (MKYK) at the 4th Ordinary Congress of the AK Party. As a Central Executive Board (MYK) Member, he served as the Vice-Chairman of the AK Party in charge of Financial and Administrative Affairs. He was elected as a Member of the Parliament from Istanbul for the 24th, from Şanlıurfa for the 25th, and from Istanbul for the 26th Parliamentary Terms.

He served as the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. During his tenure as Deputy Minister, he met with representatives of the real sector and finance sector in many cities, especially in Istanbul, and held consultation meetings.

He was a member of the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MÜSİAD) Board of Directors and still a member of MÜSİAD’s High Advisory Board. He is a member of the Alumni Foundation and Association of the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University, the Society for Dissemination of Science, Ensar Foundation, Turkish Youth Foundation (TÜGVA), Önder Foundation, International Technological Economic and Social Studies Foundation (UTESAV), Turkish Language and Literature Association (TDED), BEK, İDD, İDV, and the Culture, Society, and Family (KÜLT) Foundation.

He is the Chairman of ÜTEV and the Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Jerusalem Platform, a member of the Scientific Board of the City Think Tank at Esenler Municipality.

He has studies titled From National Vision to Conservative Democracy, and the Dominant Party System and AK Party as Turkey’s First Dominant Party.

He performed studies on economic management, urbanism, identity, and Islamic Philosophy. He is married and has four children.

Personel Müdürü ve Daire Başkan Yardımcılığı görevlerinin ardından 2014 yılında Kurul Başkan Yardımcılığı görevine getirildi.

Gönül, 18 Nisan 2022’de Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Başkanı olarak atandı.

Korkmaz Ergun earned his undergraduate degree at Ankara University Faculty of Political Science, Department of Business Administration and started his career at Borsa İstanbul the same year. He completed his masters’ degree and PhD at Marmara University, Faculty of Economics. Having 25 years of Stock Exchange and Capital Markets experience, Ergun has administered the evaluation of the initial public offerings of numerous companies, and the examination and market activities of the companies listed on Borsa İstanbul. Moreover, Ergun is the Deputy Chairman of Takasbank Board of Directors. He is also a Board Member of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE).

Mr. Öztop was born in Şanlıurfa in 1969. He received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University, in 1991, and later received his master’s degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University.
ÖZTOP worked as a senior executive invsetment banker in Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. (TSKB), in Körfezbank A.Ş. and in Garanti Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş.
Mr. Öztop was appointed as “CEO and Board Member” at Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye in August 2018. In addition, Mr. Öztop is also Member of the Executive Committee of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Turkey (KOSGEB) and Board Member of TII (Turkish Investment Initiative). He was assigned as the Chairperson of the Board of TSPB in October 2021 and serving as the Deputy Chairperson of Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository (CSD) of Türkiye since February 2021. He is also the Chairperson of Kalkınma Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

Alex Tapscott is a globally recognized author, speaker, investor and consultant focusing on the impact of emerging technologies like blockchain on business, society and government. His work mainly focuses on business strategies, technological innovations and crypto assets.
Born in 1986 and living in Canada, Alex graduated from Amherst College (cum laude). He lives in Toronto, Canada. Alp Keler is the Executive Vice President of Akbank responsible from Private Banking & Wealth Management since January 2018. Besides that, he is the Chairman of Ak Asset Management.

Prior to his present position, he served as CEO of Ak Asset Management Inc. between 2011-2017. Before that, he was the CEO of Fortis Investments Turkey and Global Exco member of Fortis Investments between 2006-2011. He also served as a board member of ABN AMRO Asset Management Inc. in Hong Kong between 2009-2010. Before that, he was the Chief Investment Officer of Koc Asset Management between 2002-2006. Prior to that, he had worked in several positions as a fund manager.

He graduated from TED Ankara College. He received his BSc. Degree from METU Civil Engineering Department and he received an MBA from Bilkent University, the Master of Law in Economics (LLM) from Galatasaray University, Management Program of Harvard Business School and PhD in banking from Marmara University.

He served as a lecturer in Marmara University Institute of Banking and Insurance between 2008-2011.

Attila Köksal graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University in 1983 and received an MBA degree from Philadelphia Drexel University in 1985. He began his investment banking career at the Center for International Financial Research Inc. in Princeton, NJ. Throughout his career, he held managerial positions in a number of Turkish banks, brokerage houses and asset management companies. Mr. Köksal served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Capital Markets Association between 2011 and 2014. He also held board positions at the Turkish stock exchange (Borsa İstanbul) and at the derivatives exchange of Turkey (VOB A.Ş.). He also served six years on the global board of the CFA Institute. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Turkish Digital Technologies A.Ş., a subsidiary of Turkish Bank, Türk Sigorta and WWF Turkey. He has been the Chairman of the Board of the Financial Literacy and Inclusion Association (FODER) since April 2019. Mr. Köksal designed and co-authored two books under the "Geleceğe Yatırım – Investing for the Future" series. These books aim to educate teenagers and families on savings and investments, respectively. His latest book, "Parasal Konularda Yaptığımız Hatalar – What We Do Wrong On Monetary Matters" depicts the negative effects of the behavioral biases and lack of financial literacy on our financial decisions. Mr. Köksal designs and delivers courses and lectures on investments, financial advisory and asset management. He has been on the advisory board of the Masters in Finance program at Sabancı University since 2011. He also teaches a Behavioral Finance course at Sabancı University.

İlhami Koç is a senior professional with over 35 years’ experience in finance, including investment banking, financial markets, private equity and insurance. He has assumed many C-Level positions in prestigious institutions and voluntary roles in various local and international organizations.
Koç has a B.A. degree in International Relations from Ankara University. Following the graduation, he started his career as an auditor in Türkiye İş Bankası in 1986. After assuming several roles within corporate finance and capital markets in Isbank, he worked in İŞ Investment, the largest investment banking institution of Turkey, as the CEO for 11 years and served as the chairman of the board for 4 years. He founded and managed İŞ Private Equity as the CEO, Turkey’s leading private equity company, which was established in 2021. Ilhami Koç also served as the Deputy CEO of İşbank in 2013-2016 and the CEO of Anadolu Insurance in 2016-2019.
Throughout his career, Koç has managed many public offerings, privatizations, M&As as well as trading securities, portfolio management, venture capital and private equity.
In addition to the memberships in the boards of several companies in Turkey, UK, Germany and Russia, he also undertook the role of the Chairman and President of the Turkish Capital Markets Association, a self-regulatory body of capital markets in Turkey, between 2014-2018. In May 2019, he was elected as one of the architects of transition in the CEE region by Euromoney.
Currently, he is a partner at EY responsible for corporate finance advisory. He also invests in startups as an angel investor.

Erman Kalkandelen serves as CEO and Chairman of Franklin Templeton Turkey. Since joining Franklin Templeton, Kalkandelen has focused on investing in companies in emerging markets and the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) regions. He managed the Templeton Emerging Market Smaller Companies Fund for close to ten years. In the last five years, he has been involved in Private Equity and venture capital. Kalkandelen is also a board member at Hepsiburada, Netlog Logistics, Fibabanka, Gözde Girişim, Gözde Tech Ventures, Şok Marketler, Bizim Toptan, Polinas and Penta.
He holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Sabancı University. During his master's degree in business administration, he studied strategic management at the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida and graduated with honors from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Labor Economics.

Tevfik Eraslan, who has 27 years of industry experience, is the Chairman and General Manager of Rota Asset Management. Eraslan is also the independent board member of İstanbul Stock Exchange.

Mr. Eraslan, who worked in the treasury department of banks between 1995 and 2001, joined İş Asset Management in 2001. After working as a manager in different departments between 2008 and 2013, he was appointed as The CEO of İş Asset Management in 2013.

Mr. Eraslan served as the Chairman of Turkish Capital Markets Association between 2020 and 2021. He left his duties on August 31, 2021 and established Rota Asset Management.

Mr. Eraslan, graduated from İstanbul University, Department of Economics in 1992, and completed his master's degree on Capital Markets at the same university in 1998.

Mr. Eraslan served as The Chairman of Luxembourg-based Turkisfund, The Chairman of the Board of The Turkish Capital Markets Association, the Board Member of the Turkish Institutional Investor Managers Association, the Member of the DEIK Turkey - Luxembourg Business Council and the DEIK Turkey - Sweden Business Council Member.

Dilan Pamir, is the Director of Capital Markets Advisory Department at Türkiye Kalkınma ve Yatırım Bankası (TKYB, the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye).
Before being named as the Director, she was the Senior VP of Capital Markets Advisory and responsible from all the capital markets advisory services in TKYB including initial public offerings, debt and sukuk issuances as well as other related consultancy services.
Prior to joining TKYB, she was a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance Department at Türkiye Sinai Kalkınma Bankası (TSKB, Industrial Development Bank of Turkey) and was responsible for the capital markets projects.
Previous to her work at TSKB, she was the Corporate Finance Director at Halk Yatırım where she led the reorganization of the corporate finance department and worked hands on in all the corporate finance projects for nearly eight years, including mergers and acquisitions as well as ECM and DCM projects. Before Halk Yatırım, she spent four years at Ata Invest with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Throughout her career, she successfully carried out critical tasks and led many projects both in public sector and privatization projects as well as private sector projects; domestically and internationally. Total size of the projects she led amounts nearly 40 bn TL, and sizes vary between 10 mn TL and 1.6 bn USD. Galip Ayköse has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration entitled by METU. Galip Ayköse has started his professional career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen in September 1998 and worked there as a senior auditor until September 2002. He has served as the Audit Director at Ernst & Young between September 2002 and January 2006. Then between January 2006 and December 2006, he has worked as the Financial Reporting and Control Manager at Polisan Holding A.Ş. Afterward, between December 2006 and May 2012, he has served as the Senior Audit Manager and Audit Director at Ernst & Young. Between November 2012 and January 2014, he hold office as the Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs at Petline Petrol Ürünleri A.Ş. Galip Ayköse, who has performed duty as the Internal Audit and Reporting Coordinator at Karadeniz Holding from January 2014 to July 2016, subsequently carried out duty as the Financial Affairs Director between July 2016 and December 2018. Galip Ayköse, who has worked as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Financial Affairs at Çalık Enerji between December 2018 and April 2019, has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Aydem Holding since May 2019.

Having graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1996, she acts as the Deputy Head of CMB Strategy Development Department. She has extensive experience on drafting “CMB Corporate Governance Principles”, CMB’s climate and sustainable finance regulations such as “Sustainability Principles Compliance Framework” published in 2020 and “Green, Sustainability Bond, Green Sustainability Sukuk Guide” dated February 2022. She is also contributing to the development of .sustainable finance ecosystem and international cooperation at the IOSCO, G20, World Bank, EBRD and OECD fronts. She has academic and professional experience on EU law and financial services acquis namely on market abuse and MiFid domains.

She has been providing corporate governance, sustainability reporting and green bond trainings for the TSPB, (Turkey Capital Market Association), TUYID (Turkey Investor Relations Association) and TKYD, (Turkey Corporate Governance Association) and also joining international panels on capital markets and green finance development held by international financial institutions and organisations. Furthermore she has been coordinating “OIC/COMCEC Capital Market Regulators Forum” an international platform where the CMB is acting as the Chair and Secretariat since its establishment in 2011.

She was also awarded by Chevening Scholarship to study at the Birmingham University, UK on EU Post Graduate Certificate Program on Contemporary European Studies and EU Law in 2005. She has received LLM degree from the City, University of London with her dissertation on MiFid and Investor Protection in Internatinal Commercial Law in 2008.

With her dedicated work and contribution on sustainable finance and UN SDGs, she was awarded to join The League of Intrapreneurs 2022 Public Fellowship Program created in collaboration with BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt.

Wayne Hughes is Head of Digital Assets at the Securities Services business of BNP Paribas. In his role, Wayne works closely with stakeholders from all domains, and with the CIB and Securities Services Digital teams, to collectively drive the bank’s strategy and client offering with regards to Digital Assets.

Wayne was previously the Head of Data and Digital for Financial Intermediaries & Corporates of Securities Services, BNP Paribas, defining the short and long term roadmap of the bank's digital strategy. He also managed the bank’s digital initiatives from a product perspective, looking for opportunities to enhance service quality and develop new businesses leveraging digital.

Wayne is a graduate of Asbury University in US and has more than 25 years of experience in the securities post-trade industry.

He joined JP Morgan in 1994 within the IT department of their securities services business, and then transferred with this business to Paribas / BNP Paribas. He has held numerous management roles as Head of Product and Project teams in Spain, Head of Operations and IT in Spain, and Head of Retail Outsourcing.

He completed his undergraduate education in 1998 at Istanbul University, Department of Business Administration. After working in various institutions and positions in the fields of finance, project management and strategic planning in his business life, he joined the Borsa İstanbul family in 2013. During his tenure, he served as Director in the fields of strategic planning, budgeting, reporting and investor relations, and is currently the Director of Project Management and Planning.

Erdinç TUTAM graduated from the Department of Mathematical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 2003. After working in various companies and positions in the fields of Network Management, Information Security and Cyber Security, he joined Borsa İstanbul family in 2017 as IT Network and Security Management Director. During his tenure, he also acted as Application Development and Information Security Director.

İlker Kuşcu graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Department of Mathematics in 1994. Kuşcu continues his master degree at Marmara University, Department of Economic Policy. In 1994, Kuşcu who started his career at Takasbank took part in the establishment of Takasbank until 1996. Between 1996 and 2012, he was involved in the establishment activities of System Development Team and after the establishment of Team, he worked in significant projects as Specialist, Project Manager and Assistant Manager. As of 2012, Kuşcu also involved in the establishment of Application Development Teams and afterwards, he served as Project ve Program Manager, Service Manager and Manager in the Securities AD Team. Kuşcu still serves as Director of Energy and Commodity Clearing Settlement AD, Custody AD and Securities AD Team and also he continues as a functional manager in Blockchain projects.

Özkan İlkay Kızıltoprak received his bachelor’s degree from Istanbul University’s International Relations Department. He spent most of his career working as the Group Head of Capital Markets Operations at Citibank Turkey A.Ş. During his professional career, Mr. Kızıltoprak worked at various companies responsible for international roles. Before joining to Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu, Mr. Kızıltoprak worked at several financial technology companies, which are specialized at capital markets solutions, as the Director responsible for the business development and operational excellence, in addition to advisor and trainer roles.
Özkan Kızıltoprak also led many capital market projects such as; “removing three zeros from BIST Equity Indexes, structuring of capital gains and withholding-tax implications on custodian banks, SWIFT integration between Takasbank, MKK and a custodian bank, establishing operational flows between custodian banks for the dematerialization of the Government Debt Securities (GDS)” and etc. Additionally, he also supported efforts on various projects in the sub-group of Vostro account payments at The Banks Association of Turkey.
Özkan İlkay Kızıltoprak holds Capital Market Level 3 and Derivative Instruments licenses, in addition to the certificates he holds in using Business Intelligence Reporting and Big Data.
Mr. Kızıltoprak assigned as the Executive Vice President responsible for Market Operations at Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. on 07.10.2020.

After completing his high school education at the German High School, he graduated from Boğazici Universitywith a B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering in 1989.
Mr. Yegen started his professional career in 1991 at Digital Equipment. Between the years 1994 and 1998, he worked as the Marketing and Sales Manager at Hewlett Packard.In 1998, he was transferred to Microsoft Turkey where he worked for seven years as the Deputy General Manager. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Yegen served as the General Manager of Apple Turkey.
From 2007 to 2011, he held several positions at largest mobile operator of Turkey including CEO of Turkcell Ukraine and Germany and Board Member of Turkcell Belarus. Mr. Yegen joint IBM in 2011 as the Country General Manager for IBM Global Business Services followed by his position in 2013 as VP for Mobile Business in Samsung Electronics.
As of August 2018, he has joint UiPath which offers end-to-end platform for artificial intelligence based automation and transforms the way humans work.and is currently the Vice President of Europe in charge of more than 80 countries.
In 2008, he was selected as the most successful CEO in Europe by Stevie Awards.
In 2019, he received an award from the Presidents office of Ukrainefor solving the street children problem in Ukraine

Ali Emre Ballı holds Bsc degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering and has been operating in the business world since 2001 with his companies in the fields of finance, technology, software, food and telecommunication. Ali Emre Ballı who has 10 years of experience in the Receivables Management and Asset Management sector; is the Chairman of the Board of the Adil Varlık Yönetim. He was elected as the Chairman of the Board of the Association of Financial Institutions on May 13, 2022.

Ali Emre Ballı, a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Basketball Federation, is married and has two children.

Osman Çelik, was born in Erzincan in 1964. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics at the Middle East Technical University. Between 1986 and 1987, he worked as an economist at the State Institute of Statistics. Between 1988 and 1995, he worked as a Specialist and as Chief Specialist at the Project Assessment and Preparation Department of the Faisal Finance Institution. He continued his duty as the Project and Marketing Manager at İhlas Finance between 1995 and 1999. Between 2000 and 2005, he worked as the Executive Vice President at Anadolu Finance. He took up the positions of Executive Vice President responsible for Loans and Commercial Banking, respectively at the Türkiye Finans Katılım Bank between years 2006 and 2015 and as the CEO from June 2015. Mr. Çelik was appointed as the Undersecretary to the Treasury on 29 June 2016. During this period, he also served as Executive Committee Member at Islamic Development Bank and as Turkey’s G-20 Sherpa. He also served as Governor at World Bank, EBRD, Asian Development Bank, Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, Ecobank and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and as Executive Committee Member at FSB, Financial Stability Committee, Interest-Free Finance Coordination Board and KOSGEB (Small and Medium Industry Development Organization). Mr. Çelik, who served as Chairman of the Board, Member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Turkish Eximbank between 2017 and 2021, has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Credit Committee at Vakıf Katılım Bankası A.Ş as of October 2018. Osman Çelik has been appointed as the General Manager of Vakıf Katılım as of 25 March 2022.

Türkölmez, who completed her master's degree at Marmara University Banking and Insurance Institute, started her career at Yapı Kredi Emeklilik A.Ş. in 1991. Türkölmez, who became the assistant general manager responsible for financial management in 2006 and general manager and board member at the same institution in 2009, joined Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik A.Ş. passed into it. In 2015, Allianz Hayat ve Emeklilik A.Ş. and Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik A.Ş. Türkölmez, who became a board member of Emeklilik Gözetim Merkezi A.Ş. in 2009, has been serving as a member of the life and pension management committee at the Insurance Reinsurance and Pension Companies Association of Turkey since 2014, and has been a member of the FODER advisory board since 2019. Continuing his duties at TSB as the chairman of the management committee and vice chairman of the board of directors as of 2020, Türkölmez is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Türkiye Menkul Kıymetleştirme Şirketi of November 2022.

Bilgetekin, who has been operating in the financial sector for more than twenty-five years, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vizyon Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., which was founded by him in 2008.

The Payment and Electronic Money Institutions Association (ÖDED), in which Bilgetekin took part in the establishment and is currently a Member of the Board of Directors and General Secretary, is the only association where the sector is represented. The Payment and Electronic Money Association has pioneered a very basic but a crucial need of the industry, with the participation of carrier billing companies, payment service providers, international money remittence companies and bill payment companies.

Additionally, Bilgetekin, who assumed the General Presidency of Social Solidarity Association of All Bureaucrats and Business People (TÜMBİAD) in 2011, which was established by business people and bureaucrats who are sensitive to the problems of the country, social, cultural and have a high sense of responsibility; has developed numerous projects that embrace the world in the fields of social, economic, cultural and sports and continues to work in this areas.

Currently, Bilgetekin continues to carry out his duty as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Payment and Electronic Money Institutions Association of Türkiye.

He graduated from Bilkent University Industrial Engineering Department in 1996. Evren Cantürk has an MBA degree from Warwick Business School and an Artificial Intelligence Management diploma from MIT Sloan School. Cantürk, who started his banking career as an Executive Trainee (MT) at Interbank, has managed the Deposit and Investment Departments of Deutsche Bank and Citibank, Doğuş Grubu banks and Akbank, since 2006. Canturk took part in the establishment of Odeabank in 2012 and served as the Wealth Management Director of the bank. He has been working in Akbank as the Head of Wealth Management and Investment Services since 2018. Cantürk is one of the first bank executives to hold the CFA ESG certificate and the Angel Investor title in Turkey. Evren Cantürk also conducts research and studies on investment strategies in Metaverse, Blockchain and NFT and the development of investment services using these technologies.

Arslan Kiran is acting as Head of Growth at The Sandbox Turkey and Mena and co-founder of Hungri Games and has been working in the gaming industry for more than 13 years. He initiates and executes local market entry strategies with local distribution stakeholders at high potential local markets. He was working as Head of Operations at Garena, Head of Turkey and MENA at Yoozoo Games and worked as Head of International Expansion at Bigpoint where he was in charge of expansion markets such as Turkey, East Europe, Korea and MENA region. In his previous role he was leading Asia Licensing Business at Bigpoint and established strategic partnerships with top Chinese and Korean game developers and publishers. He has worked at Aeria Games Europe before as Product Manager and supported European Branch during their start-up phase for local market entry projects such as Latin America and Turkey.
Arslan holds an European Economics MA degree at the University of Tubingen in Germany, a
bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Istanbul and an associate degree in Business
Management at London School of Business and Management. He is fluent in German, English,
Turkish and Mongolian languages and he has published a policy paper book ‘’Quo vadis, Europa’’under Dr. Kovac publishing house in Germany.

Banking professional over 20 years with several positions at the headquarters and branches, mainly in corporate banking of reputable banking institutions of Turkey. She was the head of a retail branch in İstanbul, when she first met the Blockchain universe and ecosystem with one of her clients being the first crypto Exchange of the country. Inspired by the technology and determined to be actively involved in the community, she ended her career as a banking professional to participate in an ITO Project as the CFO. Since 2018, she is active in blockchain community, co-founder and currently the Chairwoman of Istanbul Blockchain Women. Ebru has been working as a consultant for Blockchain projects within Tim Consulting, and she is a guest lecturer in Bahcesehir University Masters Program on Fintech courses.

Mr. Arıkan earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University and his MBA at Yeditepe University. He received his PhD degree from Istanbul Ticaret University in Business Administration. He speaks advance level English and German, also beginner-level Arabic.
He started his career at Microsoft as a Support Engineer in 1998, then a Program Specialist in 1999, and a Program Manager in Windows International Product Development Group since 2000.
Mr. Arıkan joined Ziraat Teknoloji as IT Architecture Manager in 2007. He worked as a Project Management Office Manager in 2009, IT Security Manager in 2011, and was appointed as Corporate Development Director in 2013. In 2014, he worked at Ziraat Hayat ve Emeklilik A.Ş as IT and Corporate Development Group Manager responsible for Information Technologies, Customer Services and Call Center, HR and Support Services.
In 2015, he started to work at the EPİAŞ (Energy Exchange - Enerji Piyasaları İşletme A.Ş.) firstly as a Consultant to Chairman and then appointed to the role Strategy Development Director.
In 2016, he started to work in Borsa Istanbul Group at Takasbank as the Executive Vice President for Information Technology.

GINOA is offering “Artificial Intelligence-based appraisal service for NFT collections and Metaverse plots" to users for the first time in the World. In addition, he provides consultancy on NFT and Metaverse and writes articles that enrich the sector with his innovative approach.

Mr. Hakan Güldağ, was born in 1961 in İstanbul. After having primary education in Oruçgazi İstanbul, he continued his education in Darüşşafaka and Pertevniyal High School. He studied journalism in Media-Press Faculty in İstanbul University and then studied history in Boğaziçi University Basic Sciences Faculty.
He worked as a reporter, editor and director in many newspapers and publishing companies after 1985. He has been Editor in Chief of DÜNYA, which is the leading business paper of Turkey, from May 2008 to March 2019.
He was elected as chairman of Turkish Media and Communication Council in 2011. He is also a member of Economy Journalists Association Board and board member of Turkey Association of Journalists (TGC). He works for Turkish Journalist Society Monitoring and Ethics Agency. Mr. Guldağ has been representing Turkey in European Business Press (EBP) since 2000 and since 2010 as an executive board member.
Mr. Güldağ is also a member of Consumer Protection and Advertising Board and represents media in this board that contains 19 seats.
He is a member of Darüşşafaka Board of Directors, a society which aims equality of opportunity in education since 1863.
Guldağ is married to Hanife Guldağ and has a son, named Deniz Güldağ.

After graduating from Marmara University, Istanbul, in the field of Business Administration (lectured in German) in 2001, he worked as a manager in the management consulting industry at KPMG and Accenture in Frankfurt, Germany, for ten years. He is an expert in strategy, corporate finance, M&A, and large-scale performance improvement programs, and he led numerous projects at leading global companies.

In 2011, as the founding partner and General Manager, he established and managed MissPera.com, a multi-million cosmetics e-commerce site within the Markafoni group, Turkey's first private shopping site. After exiting his startup to the Naspers Group in 2014, he joined GfK market research company as director of media and customer research. Within the scope of a corporate entrepreneurship initiative, he established Turkey's first "cross-media measurement panel from a single source" and managed numerous projects.

Between 2018-2021, he provided board-level strategic consultancy in various projects at boutique consultancy Provektus, mainly in the finance sector.

In 2021, he took office as the General Partner of Founder One venture capital, Turkey's first impact investment fund, and undertook the establishment and management of the fund.

Ali Şahin, who speaks English and German, has accomplished e-commerce and negotiation training at Harvard.

Dr. İzel Levi Coşkun was born in 1973 in Istanbul. He studied at the University of Istanbul, English Faculty of Business Administration, and received his master's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He completed his doctorate at the Marmara University in 2013 by completing his thesis on “From the Turkish Consumer’s Perspective, the Relationship Between Corporate Sustainability Components and Brand Equity Components”. He has worked at Mazars Denge since 1992 and is currently their CEO and Corporate Sustainability Ambassador. He serves on the boards of the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD), the Business for Goals (B4G) Platform and the Turkey Informatics Foundation (TBV). He has active roles in many NGOs and civil associations such as the Marine Life Protection Association (DYK), Buğday, Endeavor, Young Executive Businessperson’s Association (GYIAD), the Association for the Protection of Cultural Heritage (KMKD), The Turkish Family Business Association (TAIDER), The Turkish Association of Certified Public Accountants and Certified Public Accountants (TURMOB). He is the husband of Sibel Horada Coşkun and father to Serra and Lara.

Sule Topcu Kilic is the Deputy Head, Turkey at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). She has been with EBRD since 2014 and reports directly to the Managing Director, assisting him to deliver the country strategy with a specific focus on infrastructure, energy and gas sectors and deputize him for the Bank’s operations (administration and budgeting) and lead the policy initiatives in Turkey for infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors.
Sule Kilic has over 28 years of experience working on a variety of projects in project finance, financial advisory, M&A, private equity, bank acquisition.
During the last 18 years of her career, she took an active leading role in the development of BOT and PPP models in Turkish Transportation and Social Infrastructure Projects in Turkey, by taking a leading role in the preparation of legal framework and introduction of financing related regulations as well as the structuring and negotiations of the template Project Agreements with the relevant governmental authorities (including Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Health and Turkish Treasury). She also took an active role in the coordination of various stakeholders’ efforts to develop the project financing models to achieve the successful finalization of the projects in Turkish PPP Healthcare Programme as well as Transportation BOT programme.
Before joining the EBRD, Sule has spent six and half years at Unicredit Group, most recently as Managing Director leading project finance activities for the Investment Banking Platform in Turkey.
Prior to Unicredit, Sule held an array of Directorships and Vice Presidencies in project and structured finance, private equity in organisations such as Bayerische Hypo und Vereinsbank (Istanbul), Garanti Bank (Istanbul), Emporiki Private Equity (Athens & Istanbul), CitiBank (Istanbul) and Privatisation Administration (Ankara).
Sule is a Turkish national with a PhD in Finance from Boğaziçi (Bosphorus) University, a Master’s (MBA and MSc) degree from Manchester School of Management (UMIST) (with distinction degree) and BSc in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (ITU). She is born in1970 in Gaziantep. She is married and has 2 children.

Şafak is the founder and chair of ”Etkiyap”, Turkey’s first impact investing platform. Şafak also chairs the National Impact Investing Advisory Board “EYDK” comprised of 43 institutions from all sectors, that facilitates the development of impact investing and a well-functioning ecosystem in Turkey.

Having a background in corporate and energy law, she served international and national institutions and corporations for many years as a legal advisor and board member. Building her expertise around energy, environment and corporate law, she is also specialised in public policy. Since 2015 and on, she has been leading her academic and professional activities around impact investment and measurement as a tool to achieve sustainable outcomes in all sectors. Apart from her career in law, she has realised several national and international projects as a social entrepreneurship and philanthropist focussing on extra-curricular activities, leadership and employment of young people, economic empowerment of women, children’s rights, climate change and energy efficiency.

Şafak graduated from Ankara University Law Faculty and holds an LLB, and an LLM in Private Law. She earned an MPP degree at the University of Oxford in Public Policy. She completed the Impact Investing, Impact Measurement and Management, and Social Finance programmes at Said School, University of Oxford. Şafak is also an alumna of Harvard Kennedy School having studied Public Leadership, Innovation and Economic Development, and Women&Power.

After graduating from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Finance, he studied Exporting & Importing Management at London City College. Starting his career as a reporter at Para Magazine, Yüksel worked as a stock exchange-finance editor at Akşam, Reference and Habertürk Newspapers, respectively. He wrote columns in the field of sports economy in Habertürk Newspaper. He has been working as an editor at Bloomberg HT since 2018, preparing and presenting the Financial Technology program.

Born in 1982, Pınar Yılmaz has a BA in Mathematics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an Executive MBA from the same university. Continuing his banking career, which he started 17 years ago, at Aktif Bank since 2007, Yılmaz manages the Sales and Product Management, Marketing, Service Banking, Central Data Management, Credit Systems, Communication Center departments as the Head of Retail Banking Group. She led the Active Women in the Economy project and managed the process of centralizing consumer loan product and data management. She established the RPA unit and structured the sales organization. She leads the projects that will provide high customer satisfaction.

Alen Bebiroglu, CFA is Co-Chief Investment Officer of TEB Asset Management. In his current role, he leads the efforts to manage multi-asset and equity funds. He began his career in UBS Investment Bank in Toronto and continued as consultant and sell-side analyst in different investment firms with a number of published reports and articles on various industries and Turkish corporates. Murat is currently working as Director in Deloitte Turkey’s Risk Advisory Department and leads the internal audit and sustainability services. In addition to these he also works on enterprise risk management, internal audit structuring and governance related projects.

Prior to joining Deloitte Turkey Risk Advisory in 2015, Günaydın worked as Senior Internal Auditor for 7 years at Internal Audit Department of Şişecam and 4 years as Accounting Specialist, Budget and Financial Controlling Specialist in Paşabahçe respectively.

He holds CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance), GRI Sustainability Professional and Business Social Compliance (BSCI) Auditor certificates. He is also a Certified Public Accountant since 2010. He is graduated from Marmara University Business Administration Faculty. He has a Master of Science degree from the same university on Accounting and Finance. He is fluent in English and has elementary skills on Russian.

Professor Guler Aras is an academic, a civil society leader, and a researcher who leads key studies on finance, corporate governance, corporate sustainability, and integrated reporting. She is a professor of Finance and Accounting at Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul, where she served as the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Dean of the Graduate School for many years. She spent a year as a visiting professor at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in Washington DC. She has founded the Center for Finance Governance and Sustainability (CFGS) and she also started the ground-breaking initiative on Integrated Reporting Association Turkey (ERTA), where she is still founding chair. Professor Aras is the author of more than 25 international books. She contributed to more than 300 articles in international journals and conferences and carried out numerous granted international projects. She is also the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Capital Market Studies, and Editor of Routledge’s Finance Governance and Sustainability Book Series. Professor Aras is the founder and board member of numerous national and international professional and academic organizations and a member of the Accountancy Europe Corporate Governance Task Force. She has spoken extensively at professional and academic conferences and has served as a consultant to several governmental and commercial organizations such as Minister of Development, Minister of Finance, Undersecretary of Treasury, and Minister of Labour and Social Security Employment in Turkey. She also serves as a board member of Turkish Capital Markets Association. Professor Aras writes a newspaper column. She is the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) Ambassador and known as the ambassador of governance, sustainability and focuses on the education of the next generation of academics and business leaders who could promote sustainable solutions for societal and corporate challenges. She has been crowned one of the most inspirational women in Turkey for 2020.

Jonathan Labrey is Chief Connectivity and Integrated Reporting Officer at the IFRS Foundation, leading the team responsible for the technical development and market adoption of the Integrated Reporting Framework and Integrated Thinking Principles. He has over 17 years of experience working in public policy, corporate governance and regulation in the accountancy and corporate reporting fields.
Mr. Labrey was responsible for global policy and strategy at the IIRC from 2012-2021 and the Value Reporting Foundation from 2021-2022. During this time, he developed a particular expertise in Asian markets, having worked across the region while living in Singapore. He has developed a deep understanding of capital market and corporate governance issues, working closely with businesses, investors, regulators and accountancy professional bodies.
Mr. Labrey led the public affairs and policy team at the ICAEW from 2004-10. From 2010-2012 he was head of communications at the UK’s Financial Reporting Council. He graduated in Law from King’s College London and started his career in the UK Parliament as an advisor to several Members of Parliament.

Perihan Tantuğ was born in 1987, she earned her undergraduate degree from Marmara University, Department of Banking. She started her career in the Mortgage Loans department at Bank Pozitif A.Ş. She got his SPK Derivative Instruments and Advanced Level Licenses and worked as a Customer Representative at GCM Yatırım Menkul Değerler. Alternatif this position, she worked as an Investment Specialist in Equity, Warrant and Viop Markets as a Senior Investment Specialist at Global Menkul Değerler for 4 years. In addition to Individual Portfolio Management, she has been presenting and television programs on financial markets on Ekoturk TV for more than 3 years. She is also continuing her graduate level education at Marmara University Capital Markets and Stock Exchange Department.

Çağrı Sarıkaya is the Chief Economist of Akbank and former Head of Research and Monetary Policy Department of the Central Bank of Turkey. He took his BSc and MSc degrees in Economics from the Middle East Technical University in 2001 and 2004. Starting from the preparation phase of the inflation targeting (IT) in Turkey, he undertook key responsibilities in the development of the macroeconomic forecasting and policy analysis system between 2001 and 2022, which still remains at the core of the technical infrastructure of the IT regime. He delivered regular monthly presentations to the monetary policy committee before getting actively involved in the decision making processes during his five years term at the managerial level. As the department head he contributed to the design and communication of monetary policy strategy of the Bank between 2019 and 2021. He participated in regular meetings with investors and international institutions to discuss economic outlook and to communicate underlying reasoning of the policy decisions. He has vast experience on macroeconomic modelling and policy-oriented research, with numerous publications on inflation and business cycle dynamics in Turkey.

Prof. Aslanoğlu was born in 1964 in Ankara. After graduating from Ankara Deneme High School in 1982, he attended the METU Department of Economics and graduated in 1987. He completed his graduate studies in the same department, which he started in 1988, in 1990. He worked as a research assistant at the Department of Economics at Hacettepe University between 1988-1991.

He obtained a master's degree in economics from the University of Reading, England, where he went with a Jean Monnet scholarship in 1991. After having a graduate degree, started his doctoral studies in Marmara University Department of Economics in 1993. He completed his doctoral study at the beginning of 1997.

He received the title Associate Professor in 2004, and Professor in 2011. Prof. Aslanoğlu, left Marmara University, Department of Economics in 2015, and started to work as a faculty member in the Department of Economy and Finance at Piri Reis University in the same year. Prof. Aslanoğlu, who worksin the fields of macroeconomics, domestic and global economy, has many publications such as books, book chapters, articles and papers.

He gives trainings and seminars in the fields of general economy, interpretation of macroeconomic indicators, domestic and global economy.

Uraz Çay obtained his undergraduate degree at Yeditepe University, Department of Industrial Engineering. In 2011, he completed his master's degree in "international markets, banking and investment" at Reading University Henley Business School in England. For the last 11 years, he has been working with leading domestic and foreign institutions on international markets trading & research and technology investments.

Having a background in İş Investment (2011-2015), Saxo Bank (2015-2018) and Esas Private Equity (2018-2021), he has been working as a research manager in the international markets department at Ak Investment. He regularly posts on the economy, investment and technology issues on Ak Yatırım Spotify and YouTube pages, since 2015. His hobbies include reading business books and exercising regularly.

Özcan Beceren, born in Istanbul in 1972. After graduating from the Faculty of Business Administration of Istanbul University, he completed his master's degree in Marketing at the Social Sciences Institute of the same university. Additionally, he completed Management Information Systems training at Boğaziçi University. After starting his professional career in the field of marketing, Özcan Beceren held senior management positions in the fields of sales and marketing, including Sales, Marketing Manager, Internet Branch and Alternative Distribution Channels Manager, Domestic Sales and Marketing Coordination Department Manager in respected companies in the finance sector. Özcan Beceren continues his career as Assistant General Manager at Yatırım Finansman.

Phil Sham serves as Chief Executive Officer of Aquanow where he manages the company vision and strategy and drives profitability and innovation in digital asset infrastructure and institutional crypto. His prior experience includes serving as Principal – Quantitative Equities at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, an investment management firm with over 50 billion dollars in assets under management, where he was responsible for electronic trading in global equity markets. He also built and managed numerous trading solutions including algorithmic trading and ultra-low latency market access products at one of the top-tier banks in Canada. The trading solutions and platforms service more than 20% of Canadian equities volume. Phil received his Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Cornell University, his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queen’s University.

Kerim has lived and worked in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Japan and Singapore. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University. He was an Exhibitioner of Magdalen College, Oxford, an English Speaking Union Scholar, a St. Paul’s School Senior Foundation Scholar, and a Trotman Junior Exhibitioner.

Kerim was awarded a Half-Blue in Water Polo at Oxford University, swam competitively at school both in the UK and USA, and was junior athletics Victor Ludorum.

Yılmaz Arısoy began his career as a financial analyst at Koç Holding Finance Group in 1997. He later had investment banking experience in New York at Lehman Brothers, and at UBS Investment Bank. He had managerial duties in consumer finance at Capital One Bank in Virginia, USA. He returned to Turkey in 2006 to work at Yapı Kredi Bank, as the Head of MIS and Business Planning. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at UniCredit Bank Slovenia within the Central Eastern Europe Division of UniCredit Group in 2010.

Mr. Arısoy joined Yapı Kredi Yatırım in 2014 and worked as a Deputy General Manager. He was appointed as the CEO and the member of the Board of Directors at Yapı Kredi Yatırım in January 2019.

He also has the role as the member of the Board of Directors at Turkish Capital Markets Association.

Started her career in Globalsource Partners Turkey as Assistant Economist and having worked for eight years, she continued her career as Chief Economist in Erste Securities Istanbul, Ata Investment and finally Deniz Invest brokerage houses. Currently, she provides macroeconomic consultancy and training services in her own venture Spinn Consulting to corporates and NGOs. Ozlem is also a professional commentator in all national economy channels while she is a permanent guest on both BloombergHT TV channel's Küresel Piyasalar live show every Tuesday night and Bloomberg Radio’s live radio show on Wednesday mornings at 7:00 a.m. Additionally, she works as Research Director in Istanbul Bilgi University Center for Financial Studies. Having graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Department of Economics with full scholarship and holding a Master's degree in Financial Economics from the same university, Ms Sengul is currently a Phd student in Istanbul University working on Macroeconomic Impacts of Digital Currency System.

He graduated from primary and secondary school in Karaman; after that, he started a bachelor's degree in Mersin University Business Information Management.

Cevdet Alemdar received his BS degree from Industrial Engineering department of Bogazici University in 1992 and completed his MBA degree in Sabanci University in 2000.
He joined the group in 1993 and has taken various leadership positions, respectively in Beksa, Sakosa, Kordsa, Temsa Is Makinalari and Brisa. After admistering wire investments serving to manufacturing and construction industries in Turkey, he has taken on general manager roles in Brazil, Thailand and China, and lead marketing and sales functions in technical textiles for Kordsa in South America and Asia Pacific regions.
Returning to Turkey, he has steered Kordsa’s R&D and innovation processes as VP of Technology and Market Development. Later, he guided Temsa Is Makinalari to transform from a construction equipment company to a heavy machines and truck provider in Turkey. Next, as CEO he lead Brisa, a joint venture of Bridgestone ve Sabancı Holding, an important tire manufacturing venture in the world and leader of Turkey’s tire and mobility solutions. From April 2020 onwards, he is Sabancı Holding Industrials SBU President. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Kordsa, Brisa, Temsa Skoda Transportation and Temsa Motorlu Araclar.
He is TUSIAD’s board member, DEİK / Turkey - USA Business Council (TAİK) board member and Bogazici University alumni.

Emmeline has a wealth of experience as a sustainability practitioner including over a decade at PwC where she worked with FTSE 100 clients on their Social and Environmental Impact program and advised UK government departments including DFID, Treasury, and ONS on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. She later joined the UN Global Compact where she was involved with the production of the SDG Compass. She served as Head Of Sustainability at D&AD from January 2017 to October 2021 and was an Associate Lecturer at the University of the Arts London from January 2019 to July 2021.
In her current role at ACCA, she has been leading projects for ACCA, including climate action work at COP26; the recent International Women’s Day Event; green finance research; developing continuing professional development (CPD) on climate finance with the CFA; chairing a conference on green finance jointly hosted by the UK Ministry of Trade and the Republic of Turkeys’ Ministry of Finance and Treasury, and climate action summits in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Turkey. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Informatşon Technology from Kingston University and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sustainable Design from the same university.

Etkin Ozen is a Senior Financial Sector Specialist and focal point for World Bank's financial sector program in Türkiye. Besides IBRD’s financing through financial institutions, he is also the co-team leader for the advisory services and analytical work on green finance and climate change, financial regulation and supervision, financial inclusion, and diversification. Most recently, The World Bank released three analytical pieces on climate change and greening the financial sector in Türkiye. These reports are “Unlocking Green Finance in Turkiye,” the Country Climate and Development Report for Türkiye, the first one in the world, and Selected Capital Market Options to Promote Long-Term Finance for Türkiye. Before joining the World Bank, he worked at the Central Bank of Turkey for almost 18 years. He is a Chevening Alumni with degrees from the London School of Economics, the University of Nottingham, and Hacettepe University.

After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration, Mrs. Yildiz began her career at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey in 1998. She held various managerial positions at Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG, UniCredit Invesment Securities and ING Bank where she assumed wide variety of investment banking roles. Mrs. Yildiz joined to the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye in 2019 as the Executive Vice President, responsible from Investment Banking, Project Evaluation, Corporate Communications and Sustainability and Environmental Social Impact Management. Mrs. Yildiz is also chair of Development Asset Leasing Companies and board member of Turkey Securitization Company and Development Venture Capital Portfolio Management Company.

After graduating from Ege University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio-Television and Cinema, Hulya Guler went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Documentary Filmmaking at London University. Guler carried out significant interviews with leading names from the business world during her time at Ekonomist Magazine between 2006-2009. Guler then went to work at Hurriyet Newspaper until 2020 where she continued to put her name to successful news articles and interviews. In March 2020, Guler moved to the Turkuvaz Media Group and only eight months later, in November 2020, she brought a breath of fresh air to economy journalism when she founded the INBUSINESS Magazine within Turkuvaz Media Group. To this day, Hulya Guler continues to be the Editor in Chief at INBUSINESS Magazine and also a columnist at Sabah Newspaper. Guler has a good command of the English language, is married and a mother of one.

Mr. Sertac Yeltekin is the Founder and Managing Director of Zingforce Ventures, a firm specialized in venture building and advisory based in Singapore. He is also the Co-founder and General Partner of Purpose Venture Capital, Singapore, an early-stage fund investing in sustainable technologies. He is an investor, executive manager and non-executive director for many start-ups in Italy, Korea, Singapore, Turkey and in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Yeltekin has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector as a senior manager and consultant.

He was COO for Insitor Partners, a Singapore-based Venture Capital firm in impact investing between 2017 and 2020.

Prior to Insitor, Mr. Yeltekin was Senior Vice President at Unicredit Group from 2002 to 2017 in Italy with numerous C-suite and directorship roles in asset management, banking, finance & planning and human capital management divisions.

Before joining Unicredit in 2002, Sertac Yeltekin worked as a management consultant in Turkey, Israel and Italy at Bain & Company between 1998 and 2002.

After attending Robert College in Istanbul, Mr. Yeltekin graduated from Swarthmore College, PA, USA with a B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science. Sertac also holds a graduate degree from the Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies.

Theresa Niederle is the EBRD’s Principal Economist and Inclusive Policy Reform Lead in Turkiye. She has over 10 years’ experience promoting gender equality and economic inclusion through investment, having worked on project design, implementation and monitoring across multiple sectors and countries. She is one of the lead authors of the EBRD’s first Equality of Opportunity Strategy and its Strategy for the Promotion of Gender Equality 2021-2025.
In Turkiye, Ms Niederle oversees engagements under the more than EUR 4 billion of inclusive and gender-responsive investments which the EBRD has supported over the last 10 years. Ms Niederle also works closely with the EBRD’s clients in the municipal and infrastructure sector to provide tailored advice and capacity building on gender equality and inclusion.
Before joining EBRD, Ms Niederle gained experience working in the public and private sector, including with the German Foreign Ministry, the Colombian Ministry of Commerce and Industry, AIIB, Bain & Company and McKinsey. Ms Niederle holds a MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a MPP from the Hertie School of Governance Berlin, with a focus on international economics and private sector development.

Uygar is an environmental scientist, and an Ashoka Senior Fellow. He is the founder and instigator of Good4Trust.org, an online system for creating a prosumer economy for ecological and social sustainability. He is the board chair of the Prosumer Economy Association. He has a masters in Environmental Science from Ohio State University as a Fulbright Scholar, a PhD as a MacArthur Scholar in Conservation Biology, as well as in Development and Social Change at the University of Minnesota. He founded the Environmental Engineering Department at Erciyes University, where he was Asst. Professor and Chair of Environmental Science (2000-2004). He then joined the United Nations Development Program in New York as Environmental Specialist (2004-2006). He served as the Executive Director of TEMA Foundation (2006-2008) and of Greenpeace Mediterranean (2008-2012). He founded Change.org in Turkey and still is the General Director (2012-2017). Uygar was also the founding chairman of Doğa Derneği (BirdLife Partner) in 2002, founding member of the Civil Society Development Center (STGM) and served for two terms on the Board of CIVICUS – World Alliance for Citizen Participation. He also currently serves on the Board of Ashoka and ENIVA Foundation. He founded the first crowd-sourcing site in Turkey called KusBank.org in 2001. He is Adjunct Asst. Professor at Kadir Has University teaching Sustainable Energy and also Ecological Economics, at Istanbul University, and at Bilgi University teaching Social Entrepreneurship with more than 100 scientific publications, countless popular articles, a book and has a daily radio program at Açık Radio.

Selim Yazici is the CEO of TEB Investment, the investment banking and brokerage JV of TEB/BNP Paribas Group in Turkey. He rejoined the company in 2020 after working on the buy-side for eight years as the CIO and CEO of TEB Asset Management. Earlier, he managed the institutional equity brokerage business and research of the company. Mr.Yazici has been in the Turkish financial industry since 1996 and worked in various capital markets positions including investor relations, equity research, corporate finance and asset management. He gained experience in various locations including London and New York and worked in major companies such as Lehman Brothers, Nomura International and Unicredit.

Selim Yazici served as the chairman of TKYD (Turkish Institutional Investment Managers’ Association) between 2018 and 2021, during which he also was a board member in EFAMA (European Fund and Asset Management Association). Currently he is the deputy chairman of TSPB (Capital Markets Association of Turkey) and board member of TMK (Securitization Company of Turkey).

He holds MSc. degree in Economics and Finance from University of Warwick and BSc. degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Dr. Abdullah Buğrahan Karaveli graduated from the Department of Environmental Engineering at the Middle East Technical University (METU) and completed his MSc and PhD at the Department of Earth System Sciences at METU. While his MSc thesis (nuclear energy versus solar energy (Nuke vs PV): the comparison of their economic feasibility and environmental aspects for Turkey) received the METU Thesis of the Year Award in 2015, his PhD thesis (Development of the Algorithm of SOlAR TURnKEY: Solar Electricity Software for Turkey) received the ODTÜ Prof. Dr. Mustafa N. Parlar Foundation Thesis of the Year Award in 2018.
Dr. Karaveli has been heading Department of Energy Efficiency and Environment (D3e) at the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources since August 2019. Prior to his current post, he was Foreign Investment Coordination Department at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources between August 2019 – February 2021 and European Union and Foreign Affairs Expert at the Ministry of Industry and Technology between November 2009 - August 2019.

Ali Kırali is the founder CEO of Turkish Mercantile Exchange since February 2019. Prior to this role he was the Director of Economic Research and Strategic Planning, a member of the Executive Committee and Asset Liability Committee at Odeabank. Prior to joining Odeabank in 2012 he worked for Citibank’s Investment Banking team in Istanbul providing advisory services to clients for M&A, ECM and DCM transactions and executing deals. From 2009 to 2011 he worked for Citibank’s Export and Agency Finance team in Seoul, South Korea and in New York proving clients with structured financing arrangements, advisory services, and enhanced capital market solutions backed by export credit agency guarantees. Prior to joining Citi in New York he worked for the Capital Markets Board of Turkey at the Corporate Finance Department executing IPOs and M&A deals and supervised capital market publicly held companies. Ali holds a BSc in Economics from Middle East Technical University, a MSc in European Studies from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Burcu Ünüvar has been working as the Chief Economist and the Head of Economic Research Department of the TSKB since April 2017. Before joining the TSKB, Ms Ünüvar worked at İ.D. Bilkent University (Ankara) and Yasar University (İzmir) as full time lecturer at the Department of Economics. Her academic research focuses on monetary economics; mainly monetary policy, central bank communication and green central banking. Prior to her academic career, she worked 10 years at investment banking as an economist.
Ms Ünüvar holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, MSc Degree in Applied Economics and Finance, and a PhD in Economics.

Jankat Bozkurt is the Assistant General Manager and Head of Advisory at Garanti BBVA Securities, a fully owned subsidiary of Garanti BBVA, Turkey. He leads a team that serves domestic and international clients in diversified sectors for M&A, ECM, DCM, Project Finance and other Capital Markets Services projects.
Jankat joined Garanti Securities in 2019. Prior to joining Garanti Securities, he worked in corporate finance departments of leading local and international investment banking groups including TEB Investment (BNP Paribas), EFG Istanbul, Is Investment and WorldGroup Consulting.
He graduated with B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Gazi University Engineering and Architecture Department and has an MBA from San Francisco State University where he also worked as a research assistant.

Murat ONUK, born in Istanbul in 1974, graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University. Since 1993, he has worked in various managerial and executive leadership positions in the IT and finance sectors. After having worked in managerial positions in Microsoft Turkey (1999-2004), he subsequently held a variety of senior executive positions at Microsoft Headquarters (Redmond, USA), including responsibility initially for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) followed by assumption of Global responsibility (2004-2009). He served as Executive Vice President at TTNET between 2009-2010 and as an appointed Consultant to the CEO at Türk Telekom between 2010-2012. From 2013 to 2016, he was involved in angel investment activities in various organizations while serving as a member of the boards of directors in affiliated enterprises. He joined Arz Asset Management in 2017 where he is a Managing Partner at present. In May 2020, he was appointed President of the Legislative and Regulatory Commission in the Turkey Venture Capital Council at The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB). He has also been appointed a Member of the Board of Auditors in the Turkey Capital Market Association (TCMA) in September 2020 and a Board Member at Takasbank in 28 April 2022.

She received her B.S in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Middle East Technical University, in 1991, and later received her MBA from Bilkent University and M.Sc. Finance from University of Strathclyde and Ph.D. in Finance from Boğaziçi University. Dr. Altuğ started her career as a Project Engineer at Aselsan in Radar Project Office and then worked as a Corporate Finance Associate at Yatırımbank between 1994-1996, and as a Corporate Finance and Research Director at Interbank / Inter Invest between 1996-2000, and as a Corporate Finance Director at Ata Invest between 2000-2002, and as a CFA Lecturer and Consultant at Becker Conviser (Devry Inc) Istanbul Office between 2002-2004. She acted as Head of Asset Management (Equity & Balanced Funds) and Research Department between 2004-2012 and the Head of Portfolio Advisory between 2013-2020 at Koç / Yapı Kredi Asset Managemnet. She also served as Deputy CEO at Gri Asset Management between 2021-2022. She provided financial consultancy and training services to individuals and institutions at ALTUĞ Advisory and gave Corporate Finance lectures at Istanbul Bilgi University’s Executive MBA program between 2020-2022. Dr. Altuğ has been CFA titleholder since 2001 and a member of Board of Directors at CFA Society Istanbul, which she has previously assumed and continued intermittently. She has been working at Turkey Development Fund as CEO and Board Member since June 2022.

Ilker Sözdinler, CEO of United Payment, graduated with a double major in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from PennState University in 2005. Starting his career as the founding partner of NGN in the same year, he provided services to a number of financial institutions at NGN and afterwards sold his shares to a major foreign integrator in the region leading to a successful exit. This was followed by an innovative step in the sector as he introduced his vision for FaaS in Turkey by founding United Payment in 2010. Building on his passion for technology and innovation, Ilker gained significant success with United Payment and made it to Ekonomist’s “Top 40 CEOs under 40” list seven years in a row. Operating in the field of financial technologies with increasing success for 11 years, United Payment, one of the first e-money companies, continues to grow with the investment received from Finberg in 2020, which was followed by the investment from OYAK Portfolio Venture Capital Funds in 2021. The Company takes firm steps towards realizing Ilker’s vision of being “the biggest fintech company in the region” and has a presence in Azerbaijan, Romania, and Georgia outside Turkey with plans to launch services in a total of 10 markets by 2023. He graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration in 2008. He completed his master’s degree at Istanbul Technical University, Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Real Estate Development. Mehmet Ali ERGİN specializes in investment model development and studies in econometrics.
Mehmet Ali Ergin, who has been a serial entrepreneur throughout his business life, has been a founder or investor in various sectors, especially technology, in Germany, Canada, UAE and Turkey. He works as a board member in venture companies such as GTC Güneş Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S, DMR Unlu Mamüller A.Ş, Biofarma Teknoloji İlaç Tanı ve Sanayi A.Ş, Biobuluyo Bilgi Teknolojileri Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş.
