Alev Alp Esen graduated from Boğaziçi University and started her career at Garanti Bank. Having worked in many departments of Garanti Bank, including overseas branches, Alp Esen continued her career at Thomson Reuters. After working as a consultant, sales representative and sales manager in Risk Management Solutions at Thomson Reuters covering Türkiye and the region, she was appointed as Türkiye Country Manager of Misys (now Finastra), a global leader in financial software solutions. In addition to her role as Country Manager at Misys, she also acted as regional sales manager covering Turkey, Israel and Romania. In 2013, realizing that the finance sector was advancing faster hand in hand with the technology industry, she decided to make a career change to technology industry and established the first local organization of the US-based technology company Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). The company merged with HPE Enterprise Services in 2017, forming a new organization under the umbrella of DXC Technology. Alp Esen took part in this new organization as the country manager and continued to serve global and local customers in Türkiye in the field of Information Technologies. She joined Refinitiv as of November 2020, with the ambition to contribute more to the finance industry with her knowledge on information technologies and innovation. She is currently working as Türkiye Country Manager and Sales Director for Türkiye, Greece and CIS Countries at Refinitiv, an LSEG business.

Ali Cem SUCA was born in Ankara in 1977. After graduating from Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School in 1995, SUCA graduated as honor student from the Department of Economics in Middle East Technical University in 2000. After working in Capital Markets Board Intermediary Activities Department between 2001 and 2019, SUCA is now serving as Intermediary Activities Director in TMEX since April 2019.

Alparslan has been with the Trive Investment Group as Europe Region Senior Director since February 2022. Earlier, he held various positions at Demir Investment, a prominent investment company in Turkey, between 1993 and 2001. During 2001-2015, he served as the Assistant Secretary General at the self-regulatory organization; Turkish Capital Markets Association (TCMA). Later, he moved to Ekspres Invest, a full-service investment company, as the Executive Vice President. Between 2019 and 2022, he served as the Vice President of Securities Services at Citi Turkey.

During his tenure at the TCMA, he assumed several roles at international bodies, such as the Chairman of International Forum for Investor Education; Chairman of the Emerging Markets Committee and Advisory Committee Member at the International Council of Securities Associations; Chairman of the Affiliate Members’ Committee of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges; and Chairman and Founding Advisory Committee Member of the Asia Forum for Investor Education.

After graduating from the Izmir Science High School, Mr. Budak received his BA degree in Business Administration from the Bosphorus University and MSc degree in Money, Banking & Finance from the University of Birmingham in the UK. Currently, he continues his PhD Program in Finance at Yildiz Technical University.

Attila Köksal graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University in 1983 and received an MBA degree from Philadelphia Drexel University in 1985. He began his investment banking career at the Center for International Financial Research Inc. in Princeton, NJ. Throughout his career, he held managerial positions in a number of Turkish banks, brokerage houses and asset management companies. Mr. Köksal served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Capital Markets Association between 2011 and 2014. He also held board positions at the Turkish stock exchange (Borsa İstanbul) and at the derivatives exchange of Turkey (VOB A.Ş.). He also served six years on the global board of the CFA Institute. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Turkish Digital Technologies A.Ş., a subsidiary of Turkish Bank, Türk Sigorta and WWF Turkey. He has been the Chairman of the Board of the Financial Literacy and Inclusion Association (FODER) since April 2019. Mr. Köksal designed and co-authored two books under the "Geleceğe Yatırım – Investing for the Future" series. These books aim to educate teenagers and families on savings and investments, respectively. His latest book, "Parasal Konularda Yaptığımız Hatalar – What We Do Wrong On Monetary Matters" depicts the negative effects of the behavioral biases and lack of financial literacy on our financial decisions. Mr. Köksal designs and delivers courses and lectures on investments, financial advisory and asset management. He has been on the advisory board of the Masters in Finance program at Sabancı University since 2011. He also teaches a Behavioral Finance course at Sabancı University.

She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations. She had a short-term education at Tübingen University in Germany. She completed her master's degree in Marmara University, Department of Capital Markets and Stock Exchange and is in the thesis stage. She started her career at an international law firm specializing in capital markets and banking, and continued her career as a corporate lawyer at the Steel Exporters' Association and Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and Finans Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş and she is currently working as Chief Legal Counsel at BtcTurk cryptocurrency trading platform. She is also the Chairman of the Banking and Finance Law Commission at the Istanbul Bar Association and is a member of TÜSİAD Capital Markets Working Group and Blockchain Turkey Legislation and Public Relations Group. She has over 10 years of experience in the finance sector and has a Capital Markets License.

B. Aylin Alagöz graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Environmental Engineering in 2001. She worked as a research assistant for 10 years at Boğaziçi University, Institute of Environmental Sciences, where she carried her master's thesis on "Integrated Medical Waste Management in Istanbul" and her ongoing Ph.D. thesis on "Energy (Biogas) Recovery from Wastewater Treatment Sludges and Agricultural Wastes".

She is the Executive Board Member and Chair of the “Circular Economy Working Group of Boğaziçi University - Turkish National Committee on Solid Waste (KAKAD), where she provides consultancy to municipalities, public and private institutions on the subjects of integrated waste management, circular economy, corporate sustainability, renewable energy and Environment and Climate Change Acquis; takes part as a coordinator, trainer and technical expert in many projects/researches supported by national and international organizations.

Having a professional career of nearly 20 years; B. Aylin Alagöz is the individual author or the member of the author team of nearly 50 publications including articles, technical reports, reviews, etc. in national and international peer-reviewed and sectoral journals and conferences.

She continues to serve as an Advisory Board Member of “Zero Waste Commission of the Union of Municipalities of Turkey”; Turkey Representative of the “Climate Change and Waste Working Group” of International Solid Waste Association (ISWA); Advisory Board Member of “Yuvam Dünya Association” and Coordinator of “ISWA Turkey Young Professionals Group”.

B. Aylin Alagöz has been currently working as the Secretary General at “Integrated Reporting Association Turkey (ERTA)” as of September 2021, where she was a General Coordinator since May 2021.

Dr. Doğaner started her 39-year capital market career at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey and served there for 8 years. Subsequently, she transferred to the private sector and held senior positions as General Manager and Member of The Board of Directors in the leading investment institutions of the sector. As of May 2018, she has started to take part in independent board of directors in different companies in order to offer her knowledge and experience to the different sectors to help in our country’s economic development. Currently, she is an independent board member of Özak Real Estate Investment Trust, a company that one of the biggest real estate investment company of Turkey; and Piramit Securities Incorporated, a company that leads in the areas of algorithmic and high frequency transactions. Meanwhile, she also provides project-based consultancy and corporate finance services in various sectors. She is a lecturer of OSTİM Technical University.
As a businesswoman, who has been taking active roles in various professional and vocational NGOs throughout her career, Doğaner serves as the Chairman of the Real Estate Investment Trust (GYO) Committee in GYODER. Since 2009, she has been working in TUSIAD’s Capital Markets Work Group. Also, since 2009, she has been a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) Economic Advisory Committee, which meets regularly every month with the participation of the Chairman of the ITO and the members of the Board of Directors.
Doğaner served as a member of the ISE (IMKB) Board of Directors during the years 2007-2011, and as a member of the Supervisory Board of Takasbank during the years 1996-2010. Between 2014 and 2018, Doğaner served as the Deputy Chairman of TSPB’s Board of Directors and she served as a member of the board of directors of the Central Registry Agency (MKK) between March 2014 and May 2018, representing TSPB.
Dr. Berra Doğaner received her BA from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration and her MBA and MA from Ankara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration and Finance. After MA, she was educated at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Finance.
Doğaner, a businesswoman who has published a book and many book parts and articles throughout her career, has recieved many awards, including the Dünya Newspaper’s Successful Business Woman of the Year Award, Money Magazine’s Golden Men of the Year Award, Milliyet Newspaper’s Economy Awards of the Year and Turcomoney Magazine’s Valuable to Turkey and to the World Award. She implements customer satisfaction surveys for many national and global companies with more than 60.000 mystery shoppers to maintain their excellence in corporate standards and provide better service to their customers. The company carries out projects to provide better service to its customers, not only in Turkey but also in 50 countries.
She is currently Vice chairman of KAGIDER's Board of Directors and treasurer since 2019 and she is also leading the Access to Finance and Entrepreneurship development strategy group.
She is one of the founding members of the Lead Network Turkey Association and has been a member of the 1st term board of directors. She received Mentor training in the European Union Mentor Project Network, and she mentors many entrepreneurial women. She is one of the 3 women entrepreneurs selected by the Balkan Women's Commission to be a role model for women entrepreneurs in the world.

Burçin Göktan Adalı started her career as an economy journalist at Turkuvaz Media Group in 2008. Dirican, who also took an active role in the merger process of AK Emeklilik and Aviva, started to work as Bancassurance Strategic Planning and Business Development Manager at NN Hayat ve Emeklilik A.Ş. in May 2013. Dirican, who successfully performed the duty of General Manager during the 2020-2021 pandemic period, most recently took part in Acıbadem Healthcare Group as Business Development Director in his digital initiative in the field of Well-being and Health. Elif Gönençer is currently the Deputy Secretary General of the Turkish Capital Markets Association (TCMA), responsible for the Corporate Communications Department, the Research and Statistics Department and the Training Department. She is heading the organization team of this year’s Turkish Capital Markets Congress.

Prior to that position, Elif Gönençer worked at the Capital Markets Board (CMB) between 1997 and 2021, as Expert and Senior Expert in various departments (Intermediary Activities, Research, Enforcement, Accounting Standards) and most recently heading the Licensing and Registry Group at the CMB and served as Chairperson of the Examination Board of the Licensing Registry and Training Services Co., Inc.

Elif Gönençer graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration. She earned a double master’s degree in Advanced European and International Relations as well as in European Union Relations from the Centre International de Formation Européenne (CIFE) / Institut Européen des Hautes Etudes Internationales (IEHEI) as well as from Bahçeşehir University with studies in Istanbul, Nice and Berlin. Dr. Emine Mavi specializes in Marketing and Corporate Responsibility. She holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University and MBA and PhD degrees from Koç University. She currently teaches Corporate Responsibility, Consumer Behavior, Advertising and Promotion and Marketing Management at Koç University and in Executive Education programs. Asistant Manager of Operations) at the Securities and Funds Services Custody Operations Department and worked as Manager of Operations for a year at the Retail Banking Collection Department. In 2012 he returned to the capital and financial markets industry at the Central Securities Depository of Turkey (MKK) by managing the International Relations and Corporate Communications division for the next 6 years. Pursuant to a divisional merger in 2019-2020 with MKK’s Investor Services, Mr. Iliris was promoted to be Director of the Investor and Corporate Governance Services Department on 1 September 2020. His responsibilities cover management of International Relations, Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) Operations, e-Company applications and Investor Services (MIM and e-Investor) divisions. Mr. Iliris furthermore leads global marketing and sale of the data and technology products (notably the Electronic General Meeting System: e-GEM) that are developed in-house at MKK’s R&D center.

Professor Guler Aras is an academic, a civil society leader, and a researcher who leads key studies on finance, corporate governance, corporate sustainability, and integrated reporting. She is a professor of Finance and Accounting at Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul, where she served as the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Dean of the Graduate School for many years. She spent a year as a visiting professor at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in Washington DC. She has founded the Center for Finance Governance and Sustainability (CFGS) and she also started the ground-breaking initiative on Integrated Reporting Association Turkey (ERTA), where she is still founding chair. Professor Aras is the author of more than 25 international books. She contributed to more than 300 articles in international journals and conferences and carried out numerous granted international projects. She is also the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Capital Market Studies, and Editor of Routledge’s Finance Governance and Sustainability Book Series. Professor Aras is the founder and board member of numerous national and international professional and academic organizations and a member of the Accountancy Europe Corporate Governance Task Force. She has spoken extensively at professional and academic conferences and has served as a consultant to several governmental and commercial organizations such as Minister of Development, Minister of Finance, Undersecretary of Treasury, and Minister of Labour and Social Security Employment in Turkey. She also serves as a board member of Turkish Capital Markets Association. Professor Aras writes a newspaper column. She is the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) Ambassador and known as the ambassador of governance, sustainability and focuses on the education of the next generation of academics and business leaders who could promote sustainable solutions for societal and corporate challenges. She has been crowned one of the most inspirational women in Turkey for 2020.

Hakan Yıldız, the founder, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of the first share based crowdfunding platform of Turkey with a license from Capital Market Board was born in 1972 in Kayseri. After completing his formal education in Kayseri he studied Tourism Management at Karadeniz Technical University and Business Management at Anadolu University. Mr Yıldız founded his first venture at the age of 16 and his first company at 23, and he had been involved in numerous business activities with ventures, in investments and in management.
Mr Yıldız worked with Prime Ministry Directorate of Privatisation Administration between the years 2003 and 2009 and served as an administrator for Ataköy Marina, Turkish Airlines and Erdemir, Inc. He served for TR Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and served as the Assistant General Manager for Eltemtek, Inc. simultaneously between the years 2009 to 2016. He left public service in 2016 and founded Global Markets Turkey and worked as a consultant for a period for a global IT firm based in Norway.
Mr Yıldız is a licensed Angel Investor and has been working as the Manager of Reinvest Angel Investors Network accredited by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and also manages fonbulucu Venture Capital Investment Fund. He has been undertaking projects on subjects such as the access of ventures to funds and new generation investment tools since 2016 and has written various articles on Entrepreneurship and Crowdfunding. In addition, he is also working as the Elected Crowdfunding Advisor for UNDP.

Hamit Can was born in Istanbul, Turkey, in 1977. He received the B.A. degree in Business Administration from the Marmara University. After receiving his education, He has held various position within Ata Holding since 1996. He took major role in the founding team of Ata Online, the platform that is the first Capital Market transaction is made over the Internet in Turkey.
In 2006, Hamit Can was assigned as a Ata Online Securities General Manager and he held this position till 2014. Due to the achievements in technology, he has been promoted as Vice President of ATP. In 2019 he became Tradesoft General Manager and still holding this position till present time.
During his 25+ years of experience in finance, he had faced many technological transformation and kept up with technological changes in the Capital Markets. He is still contributing new high technology solution to market.

İlker Kuşcu graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Department of Mathematics in 1994. Kuşcu continues his master degree at Marmara University, Department of Economic Policy. In 1994, Kuşcu who started his career at Takasbank took part in the establishment of Takasbank until 1996. Between 1996 and 2012, he was involved in the establishment activities of System Development Team and after the establishment of Team, he worked in significant projects as Specialist, Project Manager and Assistant Manager. As of 2012, Kuşcu also involved in the establishment of Application Development Teams and afterwards, he served as Project ve Program Manager, Service Manager and Manager in the Securities AD Team. Kuşcu still serves as Director of Energy and Commodity Clearing Settlement AD, Custody AD and Securities AD Team and also he continues as a functional manager in Blockchain projects.

Mr Mahir Kubilay Dagli started his career at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) in 1997 as an assistant specialist and has worked for 18 years in various positions in CMB.
He worked as the Executive Vice President of DenizBank Investment Services Group between 2015-2021. In 2021, he joined BtcTurk Family and he is the CEO and Board Member of Eliptik Invest.
Having 25 years of extensive experience in capital markets, Mr. Dagli, holds a LL.B. degree from Ankara Univesity School of Law (1996) and an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University School of Law on “Securities and Financial Regulation” in 2007. Also, he holds a MBA Degree from Atılım University (2002).

H. Müge Yücel is the Investor Relations and Sustainability Director at Galata Wind Enerji A.Ş. Born and raised in Germany, she completed her undergraduate education in Marketing at Michigan State University in 1999. She also holds Masters in International Management (2001) and International Finance (2003). She joined Doğuş Otomotiv in 2008 after an 8-year career abroad where she gained significant experience in property investment, strategic management, project planning and financing. Yücel, who managed the Investor Relations Department at Doğuş Otomotiv for 13 years, also served as a member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee and as the person responsible for the Corporate Governance Rating.
H. Müge Yücel joined Galata Wind in December 2021 as the Investor Relations & Sustainability Director. Murat Oktay was born in İzmir, in 1978. He holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Publicity from Istanbul University and in Business Administration from Anadolu University, and a master's degree in International Economics from Marmara University.
He started his professional career in 2000 and worked as a manager in “Corporate Communication” for more than 10 years. He had experience in Advertising Agency, Non-Governmental Organizations and finally Borsa İstanbul brand, and carried out international projects in city branding. He played an active role as a manager in the transformation process of the Istanbul Stock Exchange to Borsa Istanbul and was responsible for the management of certain communication processes, national events and, publications in the Investor Advisory Center. He played an active role in various communication and content studies, and projects on financial literacy, expanding the investor base, increasing savings rates and public offerings. He took several tasks on the communication activities of the Istanbul Finance Center project and accomplished the formation and communication processes of various sub-brands of the center.

He currently performs as the Press Secretary of the Finance Office of the Turkish Presidency.

In 1987, he graduated from Faculty of Political Sciences, Ankara University. Between 1987-1994, he worked for Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) as a junior and senior expert.
In 1994, he resigned from the SPK and worked at various senior management positions in capital market investment institutions for 10 years. In 2004, he worked as the director of finance at Superonline which is an internet service provider. Between 2005-2016, he worked as a manager at the Central Securities Depository of Turkey (MKK) and carried out the establishment, development and operation of risk management, internal audit, internal control, corporate governance, corporate performance management and ISO 27001 information security management systems. At the MKK, in addition to his responsibilities, he managed compliance processes of Turkish Financial Crimes Legislations and Turkish Central Bank Securities Settlement and Payment Systems Legislations. At the end of 2016, he retired from MKK and started to work as a freelancer.
He received the public acountant certificate (TÜRMOB) in 2004 and the independent auditor certificate (KGK) in 2014. He has advanced capital markets license certificates.
During his 34-year professional life, he attended many conferences and training programs at home and abroad. He took part in conferences and seminars as speakers and trainers related to his areas of expertise.

Buğra Taş completed his undergraduate education at Yeditepe University Management Information Systems Department. After his undergraduate education, he gained experience in companies operating in the field of e-commerce and financial technologies. Since January 2021, he has been working as Product Marketing Associate at Midas.

Completed her undergraduate studies at Eskişehir Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 1996 and graduate studies in MEF University, Law Department between 2017-2019, Yilmaz worked as a Financial Affairs-Finance Officer for Ege Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 1997-2003. Necla İ. KÜÇÜKÇOLAK was born in Adapazarı in 1969. She graduated from Department of Economics (English) in Istanbul University in 1991. In the same university, she received her MA (1992) and a Ph.D. (1998) degrees in “Money and Banking”. In addition, she completed the International Securities, Investment and Banking MSc degree program in the Department of Business Administration in Reading University/UK with Jean Monnet Scholarship (2005) and Mid-Career Master in Public Administration degree program in the Harvard University Kennedy School/USA (2010). She started her profession in Pamukbank (merged with Halkbank in 2002) in 1991 as Dealer in Treasury. She left Pamukbank as of end-1993 to join Borsa Istanbul (formerly named Istanbul Stock Exchange-ISE) and she worked in Listing, International Market and Risk Management Departments in various levels between 1993 and 2011. She was also member of the study group on the establishment of the Foreign Securities Market for depository receipts and Eurobonds and the Futures and Options Market. She left ISE and joined Takasbank, the İstanbul Settlement and Custody Inc. as of end-2011. She served as director in charge of foreign affairs and foreign securities, derivatives, energy and commodity clearing and settlement operations in Takasbank between 2012 and 2019/04. She was member of ALCO and other internal and external committees and represented Takasbank in various domestic and international organizations. She joined TMEX as a founding member on May 2019 and still serves as Executive Vice President responsible for market operations and surveillance. She is married with two children.

Nesrin Ilker Peker graduated from Middle East Technical University Mathematics Department in 1991 and she started her career as a software developer at Turkey Isbank Inc. Information Technologies Department in the same year. She became Assistant Manager at Software Development Department in 2004, then she was assigned as a Director to Softtech Inc., which is a subsidiary of Isbank, in 2011.

After having started as a software specialist at Isbank Card Payment Systems Department, she had tenure as a manager for over 20 years at the same department where she has managed payment system framework, software development and all projects. She is expert on Credit and Debit Cards Management, Merchant Management, POS Products, EMV Applications, ATM Applications, Online and Offline Management. She has also led many innovative projects of Card Payment Systems of Isbank. She participated as a member of BKM Chip Committee between 2004 and 2006.

Nilgün Şimşek Ata, with more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, is the CEO of HSBC Asset Management, Turkey. She started her career at Demirbank Corporate Bank in 1993 following the Management Trainee Program. Between 2000-2012 she worked at various managerial positions at HSBC Bank Turkey and HSBC Private Bank UK. She joined HSBC Asset Management in 2012 and worked as COO until June 2018. She has been appointed as CEO of HSBC Asset Management Turkey as of June 2018. Main tasks under current advisory services include structuring & arranging deals, financial modelling, performing feasibility & sensitivity analysis of projects, analysing credit risk & project risk & environmental risk, coordinating & managing project due diligence studies, completing financial documentation via negotiations and contract drafting, monitoring projects on technical, environmental, and financial terms in construction and operation periods, analysing re-financing alternatives for the transportation sector, renewable energy, energy efficiency projects, etc. Ms. Özlem Kıldır also provides conferences, training, and workshops in green finance, project & corporate finance, environmental, social, and corporate governance, sustainable finance, digitalization projects, capacity building, innovative financing structures, etc., and worked as a researcher & instructor for Sabancı, Koc, and Ozyegin Universities. As a result of her work in Project Finance in 2018, she was recognized as Best Project Finance Advisory – MENA & Most Inspirational Woman in Project Finance by Wealth & Finance International.

Recep Bildik has over 25 years of experience in financial markets and capital markets, specifically in Borsa Istanbul, the sole securities exchange that provides integrated trading services in the capital markets of Turkey. He was the director of international relations at Borsa Istanbul before he moved to the academia in 2021. He is currently a full-time faculty, professor of finance at the Finance and Banking Department of Istanbul Commerce University.

Dr. Bildik has worked in the Board of Directors of Takasbank Inc. as an elected-member of Statutory Auditors’ Board in 2010-2011. He also previously served as senior researcher and Eurasia regional representative at the Research Center of the Global Association of Risk Professionals in New York.

Apart from his professional career in capital markets, Recep Bildik has also been teaching at Graduate School of Business at Koc University since 2006 after he received his associate professorship in finance in 2005. Dr. Bildik also worked as a visiting scholar at the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago and Finance Department at the DePaul University in the past. He published several articles on finance and capital markets in local and international refereed journals.

Recep Bildik served/has been serving as an active member in professional boards and committees of some local and international institutions such as SME & Access to Risk Capital Committee under Horizon 2020 Program at the European Commission, National Resources and Reserves Reporting Committee of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Republic of Turkey, Venture Capital Committee of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, Venture Capital Committee and Entrepreneurship Committee under Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, Kartonsan A.Ş, Varlık Yatırım Kiralama A.Ş of Industry and Development Bank of Turkey, CGE Corporate Governance Evaluation Center, Acıbadem University Incubation Center Evaluation Committee, Turkish Risk Managers Association, Financial Management Association, Global Finance Journal, and Harvard Alumni Association.

Dr. Bildik holds PhD and MSc degrees in Finance, and B.Sc. in Economics from Istanbul University, and also MPA degree from Harvard University.

He Graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He continues his academic education at the Turkish-German University, Institute of Social Sciences, International Finance Program. He participated in various education and internship activities both in domestic and abroad. He works as a VC/PE Investment Associate at Arz Asset Management Company. He has a good command of English and an intermediate level of Spanish.

Özgel graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration in 2003. He worked as Head Office Corporate Banking Portfolio Manager and Branch Manager at Türkiye Finans between 2005-2019, and as Branch Manager and Central Branch Manager at Vakıf Katılım between 2019-2021. He works as the Director of Payment and Transfer Services since June 2021.

Semra Boğa is an associate professor of economics at Beykent University. Internatioanl Trade and Finance program. She completed her BS degree in Economics at Çukurova University in 2002. She completed her MsBA degree on International Business Management at HUB Brussel (Assoc. of Katholieke Leuven University) in 2012 and PhD degree in Economics at İstanbul University in 2016. After completing her PhD she worked at Gelişim University as assistant professor where she also helped the internationalization of the university. She worked also at Doğuş University and Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University. Her main research areas in economics are the vulnerabilites of developing countries, economic crises, and international capital flows. She gives lectures on macroeconomics, microeconomics, world economy, economic integrations. international trade theory and policy. Before her academic career at the university, she served small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises to contribute their internationalization processes.

After graduating from Management Engineering Programme of Istanbul Technical University, Tayfun Özkan also completed his master’s and PhD degrees. Part of his PhD thesis titled “Performance Analysis of Turkish Mutual and Pension Funds (210-2019)” is published as book abroad.

He started his career as an internal auditor in Garanti Bank in 1995 and played an active role in the first audit of Garanti Bank Moscow, the establishment of management information systems of the bank, the first audit of the London representative office, and the merger with Ottoman Bank. In 2002, he set up an asset management company in London and a hedge fund in the Cayman Islands for Dogus Group, the then major shareholder of Garanti Bank. In 2004, he established the compliance function in Garanti Bank Luxembourg Branch. He removed to Istanbul in 2008 to establish the middle and back office of Garanti Bank’s project and acquisitions finance business.

He left Garanti Bank in 2011 after 16 years of service to take part as director of investments in the establishment of Gozde Private Equity Investment Trust, which would be the leading investment trust of the country in the following three years.

In 2015, he was transferred to Kuwait Turk Participation Bank with the project to set up an asset management company and worked as the founding CEO and Board Member of KT Asset Management, which, under his leadership, ranked 10th. in three years among 50+ asset managers in terms of assets under management.

He then was transferred to Turkish Red Crescent in April 2019 to establish an asset management company. He worked as a founding Board Member in the asset management company and also served as the CFO of Turkish Red Crescent.

In February 2021, he joined the foundation of Nurol Asset Management Co. as an active Board Member.

After graduating from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Educational Sciences, she completed her master's degree in Human Resources Management and Planning at Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration. She completed MLS College Public Relations, Advertising and Communication program in England in 2000 and Public Relations Certificate Programs with Bilgi University, Betül Mardin in 2015. She graduated from her second undergraduate degree in Brand Communication and Management in 2021. Since 2000, she has worked in various institutions in the fields of Education, Human Resources and Corporate Communications.

Oğan worked in the Education Directorate of the Turkish Capital Markets Association between 2004-2012, and as of 2013, she has been working as the Corporate Communications Manager in the same institution.

Ülkü Güveli was born in Istanbul in 1976. After graduating from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 1998, he started her professional career as a Management Trainee at Ata Investment Securities. After working at various levels and projects in the field of Domestic Sales at the same institution for 14 years, he transferred to Burgan Investment Securities in 2012 and served as Burgan Investment's Assistant General Manager responsible for Treasury Management and Domestic Sales from 2017 to November 2021.

He also implied value-added responsibilities in the sector, such as being a member of the TSPB Intermediary Institutions Professional Committee. As of November 2021, he has been working in projects that combine his experience in capital markets with technology as B2C Solutions Director at ATP Tradesoft.
